Spiritual Discipline

This has been on my mind for a very long time but I’ve decided to share/introduce a concept from my own lexicon into you alls vocabulary I’d like to call,

Spiritual Discipline.

I’m sure there’s probably a synonym for it out there, as are the rules of language, but pretty much discipline comes in many shapes, forms, and types but for me Spiritual Discipline means taking the time to conduct or engage in some form of practice i.e. meditation or reading, etc., as a means to nurture your spirit. And without going too in depth (because there’s only so much I can say without a fee) it’s engaging your mind in a way to remind you that the world is larger than yourself, because trust me, if you fall under the trap of thinking you’re bigger than everyone and everything you will undoubtedly “go crazy” And hey! Maybe not caring about what I just mentioned and throwing certain levels of caution to the wind may work for some folks, but for me,

Nahhh.” 😅

And also, there are a lot of ways to go crazy which I can name but will refrain from but if you’re not careful you can easily get “lost in the sauce” as the youth say.

But all in all, this is just my opinion that I felt like sharing. And as I like to say:

“Everybody’s got stuff goin on.”

So theres that.

Anyways, Thank you for reading.

Be Well, Stay Cool,

Editors note: I may revisit this in this future.
