PAINTING- I have a small collection of paintings some of which I’ve given away and I’ve been working on this particular piece for a number of years. Not really in a rush to finish but it’s coming along.

BOUGHT A NEW LEVERLESS FIGHTSTICK AFTER MY OTHER FIGHTSTICK STARTING MALFUNCTIONING– So old fightstick started bugging out due to all the ass whoopings I’ve been giving people online and my lever stopped recognizing right inputs, so, as a result I figured it was time for something new so after some YouTubing I decided to give leverless a try. And for those who don’t know a leverless controller is essentially an arcade stick with nothing but buttons on it which includes the directional inputs. And I ordered a Haute U16 for around $50 very affordable and after some finagling I even added some custom artwork to it. So far no issues, the thing’s been pretty awesome and I’ve been having fun mostly playing 2D fighters (finally have an excuse to play Dragonball FighterZ btw) but I’m still going to order a new lever for the old fightstick . I prefer playing Tekken with lever so it’s nice to have options.

TAUGHT MY LITTLE HOMIE HOW TO PLAY CHESS– Upon question my little homie notified me that he didn’t know how to play chess or checkers, so I took some time out during an evening, purchased a board and taught him the basics. He picked up on it pretty quickly and seemed to enjoy it.

VIBING IN NATURE/ SMOKED A CIGAR IN THE WOODS– Taken quite recently. My car crapped out on me near a national park. I happened to have a cigar on me so figured I’d take a smoke brake and go see some sights. To whom it may concern my car never made it home that day…

TRYING TO FINISH MY COPY OF DANTE’S INFERNO- It’s a classic. This one’s been on my backlog of reads for quite some time and while I’m not all that familiar with all the intricacies and references interlaced in the narrative, for what I do recognize it’s nice to be able to give myself a pat on the back for paying attention in class. Given the density of the material I’ve had to take breaks periodically to digest but as it stands, overall, it’s been a fun read.

SET UP A SMALL SPACE TO HONOR MY RELATIVES THAT PASSED AWAY– It’s pretty self explanatory. Not as fancy as the image above but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I finally did it.
