MAJOR GAINZ 💪🏼⚡️

Got a minor checkup the other day and there came a point went I had to step on a scale (now mind you I no longer own a scale as a result of my previous apartments terrible plumbing contaminating many of my belongings with doodoo water 💩💦, story for another day, so I have yet to weigh myself since august of last year) and to my surprise, I’m currently at around 201 lbs right now. Last year pre scale disposal I was at about 175 but I’d actually set a goal for myself to reach a weight of about 190 lbs so I’m cool with 200 but now Ive got to start cutting so that should be fun. And for the record I work out nearly every day. I’m not like doing crossfit shit and lifting weights every day but I do have a steady routine and I’ll even go as far as to dedicate days to just stretching and flexibility exercises. I’m not a fitness expert so unless someone request it I’m not going to go too deep into my routine, but I’ve developed a decent relationship with my body so I just do what works for me. Also, I would say part of my newly acquired mass is partly due to the fact that I haven’t engaged in a real cardio workout in months. Just me being lazy this year and not making time plus not wanting to deal with Ohio’s winter weather but I’ll make the adjustments, eventually. Anyways I’m chonky!
