THE KING OF THE HILL IS FINALLY COMING BACK!

Is King Of The Hill one of my favorite action series ever.

YES.

Is Hank Hill one of my favorite anime protagonist?

YES.

Am I excited for the new series?

MEH.😄

Those who know me personally know I love the hell out of this show. If you hang around me long enough it’s only a matter of time before I start delivering some well placed King Of The Hill qoutes that you desperately need to hear.

Qoutes such as:

“Bobby! I have pudding in my sock.” -Hank Hill

But I digress.

A new trailer just dropped and I don’t have any real opinions (none that I really feel like fleshing out in the moment anyway) well except the original voice actor for Dale Gribble,

Johnny Hardwick, sadly passed away August 8th 2023, so I’m hoping they found someone suitable for the role and dont just Apu him off the show.

As it currently stands Toby Huss is the new guy

–and he’s got a pretty established career in voice acting as well as film & television, so we’ll see how it goes. However, I will admit that I’m still recovering from The Goode Family

— that aired back in 2009 and was meant to be a more modern day spiritual successor to King Of The Hill, but it just didn’t work out for, well say, a lot of reasons.
